Extended Holiday returns and exchanges will be accepted until January 15th, 2026. We accept returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund or credit, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Discounted items qualify for exchange or store credit only (excluding the welcome discount).

For increased longevity, keep your jewelry clean and dry using a soft cloth. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or during exercise, and wear after applying perfume or hairspray.
