Our Warranty

At BIKO, sustainability begins with longevity. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted with an emphasis on enduring quality, intentional design, and years of wear. We proudly offer a five-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects so you can wear your jewelry with confidence. Examples of manufacturing defects include significant changes in finish, broken or weak links or clasps, loose settings, or faulty soldering.

Jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed, and over time, natural signs of wear may appear — gentle scratches or subtle shifts in finish. These changes are part of the life of a piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.

If you’d like to refresh a well-loved piece, we offer polishing and replating services for a nominal fee to restore its original finish and shine.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care or storage, or misuse.

Please note our commitment extends beyond the warranty period. Supporting the longevity of what we create — through care, repair, and restoration — is an essential part of our approach to sustainability. We are dedicated to helping your jewelry last for years to come and will always do our best to restore pieces whenever possible.
