Returns

All BIKO jewelry is designed and made in our Toronto studio with love and care. Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the event you are not fully satisfied, please note the following:

We will accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund or credit, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days. All sales are final on discounted items (excluding the welcome discount).

Lifetime Warranty

▸ Our jewelry is designed to last a lifetime. That’s why we stand by every product, for as long as you own it. We are glad to make reasonable repairs on your BIKO piece, should the need arise. Simply contact us here.


General Care

For increased longevity, keep your jewelry clean and dry using a soft cloth. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or during exercise, and wear after applying perfume or hairspray. Protect your piece from rain and humidity. When not wearing, be sure to store inside a jewelry box or soft jewelry pouch, such as the pink branded BIKO pouch provided.

All BIKO pieces are plated in 14k gold or rhodium, over brass. They do not tarnish or cause discolouration on the skin. All earring posts are surgical stainless steel, and hypo-allergenic. Wear your BIKO jewels often; love them always.

NOT Disappointed!

Like these a lot , since I have always loved large earrings! Two people complimented them the first time I wore them. They are versatile & I know that I’ll be getting much wear from them.

LOVE THE BIKO LINE!

I am a T.S.C. customer and have 14 pieces of this line. I have not seen BIKO back on t.s.c. for a long time! I am more comfortable ordering through t.s.c. I love each and every piece! I have not had one problem on any of my pieces. I am loving the PARADISO line! Please come back soon!

Thanks Victoria! We love working with TSC... we'll be back on in the early Fall! The newest pieces usually launch on our website first as we are locally made and produce in small batches. Looking forward to bringing more styles to TSC ;)
