Returns

All BIKO jewelry is designed and made in our Toronto studio with love and care. Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the event you are not fully satisfied, please note the following:

We will accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund or credit, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days. All sales are final on discounted items (excluding the welcome discount).

▸ Our jewelry is designed to last a lifetime. That’s why we stand by every product, for as long as you own it. We are glad to make reasonable repairs on your BIKO piece, should the need arise. Simply contact us here.


General Care

For increased longevity, keep your jewelry clean and dry using a soft cloth. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or during exercise, and wear after applying perfume or hairspray. Protect your piece from rain and humidity. When not wearing, be sure to store inside a jewelry box or soft jewelry pouch, such as the pink branded BIKO pouch provided.

All BIKO pieces are plated in 14k gold or rhodium, over brass. They do not tarnish or cause discolouration on the skin. All earring posts are surgical stainless steel, and hypo-allergenic. Wear your BIKO jewels often; love them always.

A new go-to

So versatile -- a hoop that's different from the usual. Add a ring and up the glamour! Perfect touch for a minimalist outfit. Took off one star because the way the additional ring moves, I wish it looked the same front and back -- though I'm sure that would make them more expensive. But they're nevertheless really beautiful and different, and Corinne's customer service is great, as always.

Thank you so much for your kind review, Debra! Just a quick note—the back of the earring is intentionally slightly hollowed to keep the piece lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear. Otherwise, it would be too heavy on the ear. We really appreciate your support!
